Terms of Service

tcgget (the «Service») gathers public information to provide release, pre-order, lottery, restock and promo dates for Pokémon cards, together with price references. It is an information service. The Service does not sell or broker cards and is not a party to any transaction.

The Service is an unofficial service with no affiliation, sponsorship or approval from The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or their affiliates. Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, referred to here only for identification.

All information is provided for reference. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or currency. Please note the following in particular.

• Dates — each distributor's or retailer's official notice is the final word. We mark confidence as confirmed, expected or unconfirmed, but expected dates may change.
• Prices — estimates compiled from public indicators, which may differ from actual sale prices. They must not be used as a basis for investment decisions.
• Landed cost — an estimate assuming particular exchange rates, fee rates, shipping costs and duty and VAT rules. Actual customs outcomes may differ, and tax and customs rules can change. Confirm the exact amount with the customs service or your customs agent.
• Price verdicts — an algorithmic reference only, not a recommendation to buy.

We accept no responsibility for decisions you make on the basis of this information, or for their consequences.

We link to many external sites — retailers, auction sites, original announcements. Their content, transactions and handling of personal data are governed by their own policies, for which we take no responsibility.

• Placing excessive load on the Service by automated means
• Collecting or copying our content in bulk without permission and redistributing it
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Service

We may carry third-party advertising to cover running costs. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; we do not warrant the quality of advertised goods or services, nor any transaction. Adverts are labelled and visually distinguished from our own content.

We may change features or stop providing the Service without prior notice.

Any change to these terms will be posted on this page and takes effect from the time of posting.
