Report an infringement / request takedown
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please send us the URL in question and the basis of your right. On verification we will remove the material or block access to it, and reply with the outcome.
Report to contact@tcgget.comThis procedure follows Article 103 of the Korean Copyright Act and Article 44-2 of the Network Act.
1. No affiliation
This site has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, approval by or endorsement from Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Inc. and Pokémon Korea, Inc., and is not officially connected to them. It is an unofficial information service.
2. Ownership of intellectual property
Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG and all Pokémon-related names, logos, card images, card text and graphics shown on this site, together with the associated trademarks, belong in the Republic of Korea and elsewhere to ©1995–2026 Nintendo · Creatures Inc. · GAME FREAK inc. and the respective rights holders.
Card images are sourced from the Pokémon TCG API (images.pokemontcg.io) and are cited solely to identify cards and convey price information. We do not reproduce, redistribute or commercialise the originals.
3. Third-party trademarks
Yahoo! Japan Auctions, eBay, Rakuten, Mercari, KREAM, Bunjang, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, PSA, BGS and every other product, service or company name mentioned on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation.
4. Our own work
The compiled works and databases we create ourselves — the three-country price comparison, the landed-cost calculation, the mapping of promo distribution routes, the odds of finding cards at offline events — belong to the operator. Unauthorised copying, republication and crawling are prohibited.
5. What this information is — and is not investment advice
tcgget gathers and displays public information; it does not sell goods or broker transactions. For release, pre-order and lottery dates, each distributor's or retailer's own notice is the final word, and the prices shown are estimates for reference and not a basis for investment decisions.
We are not a licensed investment adviser and accept no responsibility for the outcome of your transactions. Always check the original notice and the actual seller before you buy.
6. Advertising and affiliate links
This site carries advertising, and some links to external sellers may be affiliate links. Such links are labelled as advertising, and compensated links carry rel="sponsored". (Korean Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, and the Fair Trade Commission's review guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.)
7. Refusal of unauthorised email collection
We refuse the unauthorised collection of email addresses posted on this site by email-harvesting programs or other technical means. Violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection.
